What is Sound Frequency Healing ?
Sound Healing is using frequency tool such as; crystal sound bowls, tuning forks and various musical instruments- of which create high "Vibe" frequencies that help assist in the healing process in a humans body. Certain frequencies (measured in Hertz), can assist the body to self heal-as sound travels 5 times faster though water than any other substance- the human body/blood and system works with the healing sound frequencies. Sound travels through muscle, bone and blood-Having a vibrational sound healing session can make you feel renewed and kick start your body to self healing process.

Crystal Healing is vibrational healing; it is considered an alternative technique using stones and crystals for their healing properties. All crystals, minerals and stone hold and emit a variety of unique frequencies that can be absorbed by the human energy field also known as your "aura". Crystals have properties ,minerals and vibrations that can help one release, balance, adjust advance or heal.
